가입 이메일에서 support@olla.talk로 삭제 요청을 보내 주세요. 계정 소유 확인 후 처리합니다. 비밀번호나 OTP를 이메일로 보내지 마세요.
이메일, 비밀번호 해시, 프로필, OAuth 연결, 푸시 토큰, 연락처, 차단 정보가 삭제 또는 복구 불가능한 값으로 전환됩니다. 작성 메시지는 내용과 작성자 연결이 제거된 삭제 상태로 바뀌고 번역·리액션·첨부 원본이 삭제됩니다.
이미 접수된 신고의 메시지 스냅샷과 첨부 메타데이터는 식별정보를 최소화해 신고 접수 후 3년간 보관할 수 있습니다. 결제·환불 기록은 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁 기록은 3년 등 관계 법령이 요구하는 기간 별도 보관 후 파기합니다.
After signing in, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and enter the confirmation text.
From your registered email, send a deletion request to support@olla.talk. We will verify account ownership. Never email your password or OTP.
Email, password hash, profile, OAuth links, push tokens, contacts, and blocks are deleted or irreversibly replaced. Authored messages lose their text and sender link, and related translations, reactions, and uploaded files are deleted.
Message snapshots and attachment metadata already included in submitted reports may be retained with identifying information minimized for three years after submission. Payment and contract records may be retained for five years, and consumer complaint and dispute records for three years, where required by Korean law, then deleted.
